Focus Awareness

4 LEVELS WHERE OUR STORY LIVES FOCUS AWARENESS:

Level 1: Subconscious. The deepest layer — core beliefs, unprocessed trauma, ancestral patterns. Usually invisible to us, yet shaping everything from beneath.

Level 2: Consciousness. Thoughts and beliefs we can actually observe — the layer we have the power to notice and change through will.

Level 3: Emotional level. Feeling as the direct response to thought and belief — energy already set into motion.

Level 4: Physical level. The body as final expression — where everything unspoken eventually becomes symptom.

Rebirthing works specifically with the subconscious and the emotional level — using the body as the channel of access.

Connected breathing, without pauses, gently switches off the control of the rational mind, giving direct access to repressed, unconscious patterns.

This material rises and is released through strong emotional and physical reactions — tears, trembling, spasms, release. That’s why rebirthing doesn’t move „top-down“ (from thought to body), but „bottom-up“ — through breath and body, straight to the subconscious, to where the deepest causes are held.
