Based on C.G. Jung type theory Insights Discovery has 4 Leader Types:
1) Red (Fire): goal-oriented, determind, proactive – dominant
2) Blue (Water): methodical, precise, and analytical – distant or overly critical
3) Green (Earth): Cooperation, teamwork, and harmony – too lenient or indecisive
4) Yellow (Air): creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable – disorganized or unrealistic

The Classical psychoanalysis and depth psychology (C.G. Jung) seek to explore subconscious aspects – Individuation .

We go far beyond: By dissolving the identification with the personality and through other methods, energies are released that are used to form an energy body.
